The customer/purchaser undertakes to provide his/her company VAT number and/or Fiscal Code when filling out his/her personal details. If the customer/purchaser wishes to receive a sales invoice from LIUC, he/she must indicate this directly on the online form, prior to placing the order. Any request to issue an invoice after the order has been submitted will not be taken into consideration. 1.2 Upon receiving the order form in electronic format, LIUC shall send the customer/purchaser an Order Confirmation by e-mail containing the details of the order itself. A copy of the same e-mail will be sent to Promuovere S.r.l. in order to allow Promuovere S.r.l. to organise and manage the shipment of the product(s) indicated in the online order. The order will only be fulfilled if the sale price is paid in full by the customer/purchaser at the time the order is placed. Consequently, the non-payment of the sale price, or the lack of availability of the products in the warehouse, shall result in the automatic termination of the purchase contract, which shall be communicated to the customer/purchaser via e-mail, after which any amount already paid towards the sale price shall be refunded.

2. Product characteristics and prices

2.1 The characteristics of the products are those described on the website and indicated on the product information sheet. 4.1 The product delivery times may change depending on stock availability, the need to order the requested products, the transport time frames and duration, and customs procedures.
